Photoshop Express installed but unable to connect to the service error

Question

Error message is " We can't connect to the service you need right now, Check your network connection or try later

I was able to install but cannot get past any of the four choices

1) Google

2) Facebook

3) Adobe ID

4) Email

Same issue with Adobe ID and Email

We are sorry for your difficulties. Could you please let us know from when are you facing this issue? Could you try rebooting your Pc and check if it helps? Also, try disconnecting and reconning your internet connection. Also, you could change your internet connection to a different one. Please let us know if this helps. You could try accessing through different websites.
