Photoshop Express Keeps Crashing

Hi! Struggling to get help from Adobe on this one. I have an annual subscription to the Photoshop Express app. For the last maybe 8-10 days, it will not open: Just opens on the white screen with the logo and then crashes. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, shutting down/reopening my phone, made sure it's up to date... and nothing. Any help would be seriously appreciated! Cheers.

Latest version 25.11.0 of Photoshop Express used with iOS v18.4 crash when the lens feature is attempting to be used. Why we must to download the lenses each time we use it? Why? You attempt to use a lens and the crash crash and exits abruptly. Please fix ASAP, because you can't to do anything. Please, see the attached screen recording to see how the app crash and exits when the lens feature is selected. I'm using iOS 18.5 with iPhone 15 Pro Max.

This issue is present since the previous version of iOS. Really is annoying this bug. Many reviews saying the same issue and developers guys in adobe does not fix this bug or problem.

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know when you have been seeing this issue? Did you try rebooting the device to check if that helps? Also, have you tried using another device to see how it goes?

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop Express. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop Express you're using? Are you using it on windows/ iOS/ Android? From where have you downloaded it?

Do you see any error messages? What is the device specification where you use the application?

Hey, I am having the same problem, and it is impossible to find a way to get in touch with an actual human to figure out this problem. My PS express has worked perfect for years, but in recent months it has become unsuable, and crashes every time I try to open a photo. I have the latest version, and I have tried to uninstall and install again, but to no use. Use it on Ipad pro. Can you please help or let me know who/how to contact someone to fix this problem? Thanks
