Photoshop Express not working on new phone

Hallo! ich habe vor längeren dieses Programm gekauft und es hat mit jedem neuen Handy immer wieder funktioniert, und jetzt habe ich Funktionseinschränkungen und und es wird gesagt ich muss das Programm kaufen. was ich aber schon lange gemacht habe... wieso funktioniert das diesmal nicht und ich darf nur die freien Funktionen verwenden? Ich werde kaum ein zweites Mal für dieses Programm zahlen. LG. Simone Gerbaulet

Which version of Photoshop Express are you using? Can you share your registered e-mail ID/ AdobeID in DM so I can check the plan details for you? How many devices have you logged in with the same account so far? What are the model and device specifications of the phone that you're using? Are you able to access the premium features on your old device?

Did you try re-installing and re-login into the application?
