Photoshop fix vs photoshop express

I was a religious user of Photoshop fix. Since the discontinuation of it, I've started using photoshop express which is suppose to be the exact same version but with additional features. 
photoshop fix has the feature to manually lighten, darken and sharpen the objects which I do not find in photoshop express. 
help me with this issue and if I'm aware of this feature in express, let me know.
