photoshop vs photoshop express

Is it possible to see the photos from PS Express on photoshop automatically? I thought the photos I edited using PS Express were going to be there automatically when I opened the Photoshop using my computer. 

I understand that PS Express is for cellphones, but if I'm using the same account, shouldn't the photos be there?
