Premium Mix Option/Cutout disappeared after subscription renewal

Question

When my PS Express subscription automatically renewed, I suddenly could not see the premium features anymore, although my account still shows me as a Premium subscriber. After MUCH back and forth on Adobe Chat, I cancelled the subscription and re-subscribed. Same thing happened - no access to premium features. Specifically, no "Mix" option from which to choose the Cutout function. Please advise before my 3 day trial (re) subscription expires. Thanks.

Welcome to our Community Forum. We are sorry for your difficulties. I would like o inform you that if you purchased the subscription, you should be automatically enrolled in Premium features once upgraded. Could you please check and confirm if you logged in with the same email account on both of your devices, Also if you could share a screenshot of the feature missing on your application?
