Premium PS express less features on Android?

Hi,  I recently purchased PS Express Premium for Samsung (Android). My friend with an I phone did the same. They have way more features than me, but we both paid for Premium. Is this correct?

Photoshop Express is now available as both a free version and as a premium subscription. With the launch of the premium subscription, we've introduced some exciting new features, such as:

Advanced Healing
Selective Editing tools
Exclusive Text styles, Stickers, and Looks

There are a few exciting features in the pipeline, and we are working to implement them. Soon you will also get the following features in Android as well -

MIX workflow
Face Retouch workflow
More tools in Collage
Camera centric tools
