Hello. After the update, one of the edges disappeared. It's about dimming/darkening around the picture. Was it removed by Adobe or maybe I can't find it? Please help.

Hi. I add a "before-after" old photo when I have it. After the update, I can’t use the dimming effect (in the edges) because it’s gone. Can I find it by name? ThankU for your attention and help.
