Problemas com cancelamento pagamento

Recebi 7 dias grátis para utilizar os recursos premium, solicitei, assinei, automaticamente ele cobrou de meu cartão o valor anual da assinatura. Cancelei novamente na hora e quero o reembolso de meu dinheiro na fatura.

We are sorry for your difficulties with the cancellation of Photoshop Express. To help you with cancellation, please let us know how you subscribed and to which device.

 

Your Photoshop Express subscriptions on Google Play are renewed automatically unless you unsubscribe. Uninstalling the application will not cancel your subscription.

If you purchased a subscription using an Android device, Google requires that you cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store application on your mobile device or through the Play Store on your computer.

Before canceling, ensure you are signed into the Google Account with your Photoshop Express subscription.

For cancellations: Learn how to cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play.

For refunds:

  • Canceling an annual subscription within 48 hours of initial purchase:
    Learn how to request a refund.
  • Canceling an annual subscription after 48 hours of initial purchase
    Contact Adobe Support for refund or billing requests.

Adobe does not issue refunds for purchases made directly through app stores. For refund or billing requests, refer to [https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084] for the App Store or iTunes Store.
