PS Express

Hello - my PS Express app is suddenly showing empty folders in the Google photos option. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything more than once. They will show up for a moment after giving permissions and then disappear after it asks to used Google to sign in. Then, the pictures will disappear and the empty folder just flutters on the screen. 

Please help.

Hey @sarah_8146, welcome to our community! 

 

Can you please share a screen recording of the workflow you mentioned so we can understand and investigate the issue? Also, please provide the device make and model details; we'd require them. 

Do you get different options to sign in when you reinstall the app? Are you using the same login method that you've used earlier when the projects showed up?

Yes I'm using the same login method. I have an iPhone 12. 

im attaching a video of what happens. I don't think theres anything too weird that shows up. 😅
