PS Express app Pending fulfillment after subscribing to premium
I just paid for premium yesterday and the payment definitely went through, I see the subscription active on my apple account but when I log into PS Express and try to use a premium feature I am taken to a white screen that says pending fulfillment. I have waited for a full day to see if it just needed time to show up on your guys account but no progress yet. I already tried to restore purchases like 5 times. I just get an error message saying no purchases were restored. I have bank statements and the apple subsricptions page as evidence that the payment definitely went through. Can someone help me solve this issue please?
PS I am using an iphone 11
