PS Express Crashs since the lastest Update on iPad OS

Since the latest Update 26.14.0.8704, the App crashes on startup. I‘m using an iPad Pro 10,5 with iPad OS 17.7.10. Support Chat told me, that iPad OS 18 is now necessary and I can‘t use the App any longer. WTF!?

Why is the AppStore installing an Update which makes the App unusable on my iPad?

Interestingly, as Apple Photos extension, everything is fine with the „simple“ functions. But I need to do advanced modifications which is only possible when starting the App directly from the home screen.
