PS Express hobbled on Galaxy Fold
On my Galaxy fold, when I have it open PSE only gives me the option to do things like adjust, crop, or make a collage. When I close it or even just shrink it to a window, I get all the AI features and quick actions.
Why is PS Express less functional than the default image editor when I want to go full screen?
