PS Express on iphone vs laptop

On my iPhone PS Express has all the advanced features. I just downloaded it on my laptop and they are not there. I am logged in correctly and the app is UpToDate. My laptop is running Windows.  Any advice?

I'd like to inform you that Photoshop Express is a more suitable application for iOS and Android mobile devices, If you're looking for advanced features to work on a desktop device I'd suggest you try the Photoshop desktop app, It'd have all the advanced features including Gen AI ones.

Thanks for the response! I do have photoshop but it is overload for what I want. I really like photoshop express that is why I wanted it on my laptop. ☺️
