PS Express Subscription Problem

I am unable to use my PS express's monthly subscription on my iphone and ipad. I tried to uninstall the app and re-subscibe the monthl plan but always the same issue. I couldn't restore my subsription, the error code on screen is "Adobe Networks Error Domain Error 11".

 

Whats is the solution for my problem please respond asap.

@Hakan Unsal i was able to fix it on my iPhone. The problem is with the most recently great option of apple to hide your email, is very useful to dont place your mail everywhere. But in this case the problem is that i bought the suscritption with an automatic created mail, and when i was login to my adobe id it was not attached to my account.  You can do two things 1) look for the mail you used to suscribe (settings, apple id, icloud, hide my email) there you will find the mail you used for the suscription.

 

try to recover the password for that email and log into PS Express with this mail.

 

Login to adobe with that email, and if you dont have any other suscription with your real email change the email

 

wait until suscription expire and re suscript to it with your adobe id email.

Thanks (2 years later). I'll give it a try but already my ADHD brain feels overwhelmed with terror at the thought of going through email for this. 😵‍💫 🌀 😵‍💫

Echoing this issue << July 23, 2022 - my PS Express subscription is not being recognized. I have paid for it, verified through the Apple App Store. wtf is going on – I have work I need to be doing on mobile and I'm unable to access features without a paywall.

@gerardu34387260 did you were able to fix it? the same is happening to me now. A have an anual suscription but the app dont recognized it.

I recently subscribed to the three day free trial for PS Express but was charged for a yearly subscription. Can anyone tell me how to get a refund?

I signed up to try this app I don't care for it it doesn't do what I needed to do and there was no place to cancel please contact me at SAROSEN 1@yahoo.com or 954-240-6256 and cancel this subscription please and refund my money
