PS Express suddenly "not available in your region"

What the heck?

I've had the Photoshop Express app on my iPhone for many months. I use the "Lens" menu a lot, for portraits.

This menu stopped working two days ago. Crashes the app. Restarted my phone etc, and still crashes. Only this menu. All other menus like adjustments etc are all OK.

So I went to iPhone's App Store app to confirm if there's some kind of an update for this idiotic little issue with an otherwise working app. Now the app is totally gone from Canada! "Not available in your region".

The same thing happened to me which is why I came on here.

Just now, I was able to download Adobe Photoshop: Image Editor from the App Store. It synced with my account.

So is this what us Canadians only have access to now? It seems to be 5 years old and doesn't compare to what we had before. I had a ton of mobile presets that have disappeared and don't see anyway to add them. So frustrating...
