Saving files (projects?) from Photoshop Express in my CC Cloud storage

Question

I just want to access photoshop express projects on both my iPad and my iPhone. Why is this storage option so impossible to tease out of the interface? I see projects done in Photoshop Mix. So why the heck are the ones from Photoshop Express not up there?

Frankly, the whole cloud storage with simple Adobe subscriptions is just needlessly confusing, without the bonus complication that aspects will be turned off in Feb. 2024.

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please confirm if you have installed Photoshop Express on your iPad. You can access your files through the application on both devices if installed. Please help me understand about the difficulty you have with cloud storage.
