Saving PNG format in PS EXPRESS on iOS

Question

I have been using PS EXPRESS app (iOS version).

Previsouly I could save file in PNG format after editing. But I found that it now save as JPEG format. Even I chose PNG format in the preference setting page, it still doesn't work. It seems to me that the app save file format either in PNG or JPEG randomly without logic.

I have been checking all the FAQ but could not find solutions.

Anybody can help with this ?

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please help us with the Photoshop Express version installed on your device and the iOS version details. Have you tried reinstalling the application to see if this helps?

We are here to help you. Please share if you get some error while saving to PNG and share a screenshot of the preferences page set as PNG for further investigation.
