selections in the changes

in the latest version of lightroom ipad it lists few selections in the changes. The selections lips, skin, eyes etc. no longer appear. I have an iPad 8th gen. is it a bug or intentional?

I suspect you're thinking of the desktop app? The AI masks on mobile are more limited and always have been.

no I mean the ipad version the ios iphone version still maintains all the selections as it had 15 days ago also the ipad version

The iPad and iPhone should have identical Masking tools, but they have never included the lips, skin, and eyes options.

To confirm we're talking about the same thing, you mean these options (desktop shown)
