Sound timing is broken - worst experience ever

I’m simply trying to make a short video with a .wav file as a narration with pictures changing at specific moments in the sound file. It is IMPOSSIBLE! Your product is broken and incredibly frustrating. I click on a specific time of the sound file and it’ll play different parts / times of the file, or if I go back, it will play a separately different part. It doesn’t work, and I can’t time visual transitions based on sound. It’s also incredibly frustrating trying to navigate the layers / timing, I have to zoom all the way out, move the timing bar, zoom in, and even that doesn’t work. Worst experience ever.

Hi there, @balanced_Swirlcab6 - thanks for reaching out!

Can you tell me if you're using Photoshop Express or Adobe Express? (Very close in name, but two different products!) I want to make sure I understand the trouble you're having.

If you're using Adobe Express, can you tell me if you're on mobile or desktop, and which version?

And if you're able to share a quick screen recording of the timing jumping around, that'll show me exactly what you're seeing - sometimes that's worth more than any description.

I know it's frustrating when the timing won't cooperate, so let's figure out where it's going wrong and get you unstuck.
