Is there a way we can create and organize our pictures in Folders and Albums in PSX in the same way we can manage them in Adobe LR Web and mobile versions? Without this GUI. the PSZ experience is a huge letdown, esp. when 10s and 100s of pics need to be processed using PSX.

I would like to inform you that at present we do not have the option to create and organize pictures in folders and albums in Photoshop Express but it may be in the future. You could share your feedback to us to help us improve the application by going to "In the application settings in your mobile application - help us improve". This will be taken care of by our product team and will keep you posted with the update.
