Versions of Ps Express on iPhone and iPad are different

I pay for PS Express premium and have the app installed on my iPad and iPhone.  I don't use my iPhone for editing photos and have just noticed that the version on my phone has more features including GenAI and sky select editing among others which my iPad  app isn't showing.  Likewise I don't have the notifications and tutororial icons at the top right.   I've tried updating the iPad app and deleting and reinstalling but I still don't get the new features.  As I'm paying premium this is really annoying.

I am having the same issue and also have a premium subscription. I've updated the app on my IPhone and IPad. I've deleted and reinstalled on both devices. My IPhone is displaying a different version number of the app than is displayed on my IPad and like the poster above I don't have access to all the features on my IPad that I am getting on my IPhone.

Updating my post to say I am running the same and latest version of app on both devices, 24.17.1. Running IOS 17.4.1 on both IPad mini 5 and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The "combine photos" tab is not showing on IPad.

Hi. Thanks for replying.  I subsequently spent 2 hrs on the online chat on 29th April with the guy trying loads of different fixes none of which worked.  He then said someone from Tech would ring within the next half hour so that I could send them screenshots of both iPhone and iPad versions which to be fair they did.  
the chap on the phone said he would pass this I formation on to the top technical team and get back to me by phone or email.  Unfortunately I'm still waiting and still paying premium without the features working : /
