Video and combine photos not available on my device

I recently purchased the new iPad Air with the M2 chip but I see the combine photos and video are not available. I am a Premium member and I tried to restore purchases but that took forever, I even let it run all night and it was still restoring purchases by morning.

is these features not available on M2 yet? Or any thoughts on what I should do to resolve this?

Hi @Greg Roth,

We are sorry for the delayed response and the issue you encountered with the application. Please re-confirm about combine photos pill visibility. On subsequent launches, you should be able to get the "Combine Photos" pill. No re-installation or app update is required. Same as "Face Retouch" and "Collage" in the attached image.

Nope. The combine photos pill and video pill are both gone but all others are gone too. Also missing is the cloud icon in the upper right corner letting me know PS Express is syncing the cloud and recent projects is also missing from the Home Screen. So apparently it is not syncing with the cloud.

One correction, all other pills are visible. Just combined photos and video are missing.
