What happened to the “Combine Photos” feature on Photoshop Express?

Ever since I got a new phone a week ago, I’ve logged back into my Photoshop Express app, which I’ve been using for my freelance artwork, and now the “Combine Photos” feature is gone. This is absolutely crucial for my job, and without it, I am unable to work.
