Where is PSE exe located?

In Windows 11 I'm trying to associate a new type of image file (AVIF) with PSE to see if it will open it, but I can't find the EXE file anywhere. I looked in the Adobe folder in Program Files and in Program Files (x86). The only program in either folder is Adobe Acrobat DC. (Likewise in Common Files folder.) 

PS Even if PSE can't open AVIF files, I want to know where the exe is in case I need to associate it in the future.
