Why a sharp image look blurry when open in Ps express?

when I tried to edit a photo in PS express, it looks quite blurry compared to  the original sharp image saved in my iPhone, why is that? Appreciate any insight u might have ! Thanks

    Thanks for highlighting this. Can you tell us your system specifications and Photoshop Express version? Do you see this behavior with particular file types? Have you tried re-installing the application?

     Oh! That's truly strange. Would you mind sharing a few details with us?

    1) Which version of Photoshop Express are you using?

    2) Do you see this issue with all files or particular files?

    3) What is your iOS version?

    4) Does the same image open appropriately in other applications?

     Please share a sample file and how it looks in Photoshop Express after importing.

    Also, try reinstalling the application once and relaunch it. Check if you see the same issue.
