Why is PS Express completely different on my computer than on my computer. I can change hair color on my Iphone but I see no place to do that when I am using express on my windows 11 computer.

You’re not imagining it - Photoshop Express on your iPhone and on Windows 11 really are built differently, and the portrait tools you're looking for - hair color, facial features, makeup - are part of the mobile version, not the Windows one.

The short story is that the two aren't just the same app on different screens; the Windows version was designed around a more desktop-focused set of tasks. I know that's not the answer you were hoping for, since it means the tools you want aren't there on desktop.

For now, the makeup, hair color, and facial-feature edits live in the iPhone app - so the most practical route is to make those edits on your phone and then bring the photo over to your computer if you need it there for anything else.

I'll also pass your feedback on to the team directly since I know they want to hear what users are looking for in this app. While I can't promise if or when they'd come to desktop, I’ll make sure the ask is on their radar!
