Worst “update” ever!!!

I've been using Photoshop Fix and mix for years and they're just PERFECT!! While for Photoshop express I could barely do nothing at all.

I cannot paint, cannot change the transparency of the rubber, cannot adjust the transparency for the added layer. There's nothing that I could do!!!
