Question

You functions on photoshop express dont work

 I get a failure message constantly on all the ai functions eveb though I have bought the premium version - I have tried many different prompt versions. Whats wrong?

Please note that Adobe has terms of use which include guidelines for acceptable content.  Those are detailed in these documents:  Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines and Adobe Generative AI Additional Terms.


It is most likely the case that the underlying image is triggering the error. If you can upload that image, I can test to see if that is the reason.

Hi @LivLu,

 

If you replied via email, it strips out images attached to email. You need to upload on the web site.
