2 licences for one pc desktop and one Apple note book

i want to buy an apple note book i already have premiere element on my PC desktop, will it be possible to activate Adobe PE in my apple note book ?

If you purchased by downloand... No... you get a license for Windows OR Mac

If you purchased the disc box (such as from Amazon) you have both versions in the box
