2021.2 update problem error 131 windows 10

Hello,

I have a problem of 2021.2 update, an error 131 on windows 10.

With Première Element and Photoshop Element.

How can i resolve this error ?

I tried to disable several CCLibraries, CCXproblem ... ect, type processes but it still doesn't work.

Where did you get that?

I just updated to 2021.1 and PrE does not show any more updates
