2021 fails to start

I am using Premiere Elements 2021 on PC running windows 10. After installing the latest update Premiere Elements 2021 fails to start. Organizer and Photoshop are working fine.

The application starts to load the Adobe Premiere Elements Editor workspace then suddenly stops without warnings.

What can I do to resolve this?

First try going to the nVidia, AMD or Intel site and download the latest drivers for your graphics card. Don't trust Windows to do it.

You'd be surprised how often this simple thing fixes this issue.
