2024 Elements Organizer

Hello community,  The drop down menus (File/Edit/Find/ etc.) and the Sort By: & Filter: drop down menus do not work. This has been an issue from the first time I downloaded the Elements bundle after purchase. I contacted Adobe support and requested a remote session without any success.  Adobe support did not correct the issue. Previous 2023 Elements products were unistalled.  Recently I thought I would attempt to use the Organizer and maybe attempt to fix the issue. The issue is still present. If any users have solved this issue please share your solution. Thanks. Daniel

Can you help by providing  more detail about what you mean by "do not work" and what type of computer you are using?  Do you mean they don't drop down when you click on them?  Or the functions on them don't work.   If it were me, I would probably uninstall and re-install the program as a first try.
