60 fps upload

I was wondering if I could upload videos off of PE 2020 to 60 fps and how to do it? Thank you all

I'm not sure what you mean by "..upload video off off...."

Guessing a bit, you have a lot of output choices in Export & Share > Devices > Custom and pressing the Advanced button.

Once in the Advanced dialog, you can pick 60 fps.
