A 2021 problem not open editor

i pay now A 2021, same problem as in A 2019. version 17 and 19.

I can see Debug lista point where i can chance false to true in this option i can open editor in A 2019.

One i have try to open A 2021, but may handicapped  and it chance not formation in debug lista and not

(Spam Link Removed by Mod)projects name in headsite.

Can everybody help.Its boring pay (Spam Link Removed by Mod) again, can not chance to other product because no return right software.

I have 4 Adobe product, A 4 and A 7 not problem, but this two has.

I reinstall my Win 10 factory setting, Premiere 2021 work now well.

Earlier i have seen in my A 2019 version, that  in opening workbench when starting projeckt warning mail come...

in saving file place not work in c . mustfile place  chance to other driver.Maybe this tell that something wrong in my Pc.

A 2019

openning however , must earlierg chance in Debug lista DS.PowerCPUOnly false to true.

Anyhow now all ok in A 2021, A 2019 have not jet try to open,maybe will open?

I have no error code,only workspace not open, not direckt from headtable or via organizer table,

is problem in my display divers ? Have to been on geforce  rxt 1050 or  on windows driver, not both

on same tme open ?
