please help me i have a problem with adobe premiere element 2020 orce that i make a green background it puts me log saying to me at low level exception occurred (thank you in advance)

Did you try rolling back the video driver to older versions?

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

sorry but its not working i have updated my graphics card as well as all my drivers but its still not working but thanks for paying attention to this comment
