Question

A timeline is full of one video

When I add a video clip to the timeline it works OK when the clip is from the band camcorder, when I take the clip which has been taken by the disk camera the clip full all the areas of the timeline. What is wrong? I can't take for example a clip and move it to the other place. What do I have to do if I want to work with two videos?

If you just bought the program ask for your money back.

What is the reason you suggest asking for my money back?

This is a known issue with 5.1 footage.

Convert audio to wave.

Yes, I guessed it is 5.1 footage, but how do I "convert to wave"?

Can you help by describing the "disk" camera and "band" camera?  I'm confused.

The "+" key and the "-" key zoom in and out the view of the timeline.  The "\" key fits the timeline to the space with room to add clips to the end.   A slider bar under the timeline moves it left and right.

Sorry for my wrong word. I mean tape camcorder and disk camcorder is a device that is inside a hard disk.
