Activating components in premiere elements 11

I recently had to reinstall the program in my PC, now when I try to render a file I'm getting a prompt to activate the mpeg2 component. The link provided gives me a 404 error message when I click it. Upon searching the Adobe forums I found a link that requires flash player which has been retired. How can I get the unlock key now?

Ann is right. But some people have found if they install the free trial of the current version, the MPEG component installs with it and you'll be able to use it with version 11.

 

No promises. But it's worth a try.

E11 is very old. The Mpeg2 activation has been taken down a long time ago.
