Add caption text icon disappears from Quick View after using Expert View

I am using Adobe Premiere Elements Quick View to edit clips into a movie. The Add caption text icon in Quick View has disappeared after using Expert View briefly and then returning to Quick View. What appears instead in Quick View is a tan-colored bar across the whole Quick View timeline above the clips with the phrase, “Edit in Expert edit” (see attached screenshot). As a result, to edit the caption, adjust its duration, etc., I have to go to Expert View again. Is there a way I can get back the Add caption text icon in Quickview?

You can try moving any titles to the Video 4 track, which is what Quick View uses as its titles track.

But it may not work, especially if your title extends over more than one clip. That's why the program warns you about going from Quick View to Editing View. It's pretty much a one-way trip. You can go up to Expert View, but not everything you do in Expert View can continued in Quick View.
