Hi, I saved my media from my gopro into a folder aon my PC. PC playback the clips work fine but when I add them to my premiere elements 2020 to use. I preview the clip and sound but no picture. Any help would be great?

Upload short clip to test.

Most likely its the codec. There are many H.264/5 flavours. Most likely Elements is not optimized.

Most likely it's related to frame rate, resolution or codec. Premiere Elements, for instance, can not work with 4K at 60 fps.

 

Open your GoPro footage in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text of this report and paste it to this forum. With this detailed info we'll better be able to advise you.
