Adding background picture to replace black after first scene breaks open

I am using a viddyoze animated template and want my picture of a house to show instead of the black background. anyone know how to do this?

Does the file have transparency?

If not keying will be a problem as the text is also black.

Maybe you can make the template again without the text and add that later in Elements.

The video template is from viddyoze and I am supposed to be able to have a picture on the other side of the 'breaking wall'. I contacted their customer service and they said the file was downloaded correctly. Said it was a adobe elements question.

Could you upload the file for testing.

You can PM me with a wetransfer or dropbox link.

Did you try to put a clip under the template.

Transparancy shows as black.
