(Premier Elements 2021)

Hi, is it possible to add a moving image to a still image? I would like to add a route to a map that moves along from place to place as I give a commentary.

I have used Steve's method, both for fairly simple things (the route of a aircraft) to more complex (highlighting the route of a hike).
