Adjusting playback speed

I changed the playback speed for previewing the timeline (Premiere Elements 2020) and cannot change it back. I've tried to adjust it with Ctrl-J but it seems I have a choice of very fast or very very fast. What is the way to reset it back to normal? Is there a way to Reset?

 

This is only for editing in Premiere. It renders fine!

I'm afraid I don't remember what I originally did to change the playback speed. (The problem's been around a long time.)
I am pressing Space to start the playback. 
I'm on  Windows 10 machine.

Try these

Shift + L = Increase speed

Shift + J = Decrease speed

Are you doing "Time Stretch" or speed editing with the J-K-L keys?

The editor is speeding up. Like I wrote, the rendered video is fine.
