Adjustments Toolbar

I just started using Adobe Premiere Elements 2021. (Win 10) In there a way to "pin" the Adjustments toolbar? Every time I want to edit text i have to select Window, then Adjustments to bring up this toolbar. Is there an easier way?

Unfortunately, no. The various toolsets are designed to close until you select them to keep your workspace uncluttered.
