Adobe doesn't recognize my product as purchased

I bought this off amazon on black friday . It's elements  2022. it looks like a free downgraded version and has no more tools than comes with windows 10. I try to get support and it says i have no purchased product, but i had to register it to get what i have and i paid for it?

I would never have PURCHASED this had I known it was not capible of doing more!!! When you look at elemnts online you see a diferent version with the tools I was looking for. No mention was made this was a extremly limited version where I purchased it!!!!! I have had much better , for same price with same seller!!

When I go to the Products page I have a long list of serial number programs, going all the way back to 2002 (see below)

You are looking at the PLANS page, which is for subscriptions

 

Log-in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products

 

When I go to the PRODUCTS page all of my serial number programs are listed

 

If you have entered your serial number (six groups of 4 numbers with no letters) and your information does not show on the products page you need to contact support... nobody here has access to your account

Elements does not come in a limited version: there is but one version with all the bells and whistles.

Post a screenshot of what you are seeing on screen.

If you register the product with Adobe you get full support.

How have you requested support? Phone?  Online?  Can you access your account at adobe.com?

when I requested support online it replied that they have no record of me having a purchased product?? I have the disk and used the code attached. I registered product on dec. 2 I think just after I recieved both photoshop and premiere 2022. I have not tried premiere yet. I have used and was trained on autocad and some cnc programing software. I expected this to have click on menu's similar to or even better than Corel. i only tried using the support offered in the photoshop I have when opened!! I have been online with adobe since I purchases untill now. I was very sick in dec.21 - feb 22.
