Adobe Elements Continuously Asks for Login

Hi

Just remformatted hard drive and reinstalled Adobe Elements 13 and now after I enter the serial number it always asks me to log in via QR code link. Once I do, Adobe Elements 13 closes. Only to have me restart and go through the same process...

How do I get back into Elements?

Elements 13 is very old. All activation servers prior to Elements 15 have been taken down.

While I understand that the software is considered “old,” it still fully meets my needs and functions properly on my system.

Is Adobe stating because it is old I am no longer allowed to use it? How do I bypass the activation server?
