Adobe Elements Prores 422 and Prores 444 with alpha

Good morning !

I am trying to help a person with his video editing which he made with Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 version 19.0. After observation, I am not able to open files in Prores 422 and files in Prores 444 with alpha. What should I do to successfully open these files. Please help me!

Elements does not support Prores anymore. Nor does in support Cineform.

You will have to convert to Quicktime Animation.
