Adobe not importing full video

Hello, I have been having an issue where anytime I import a video to adobe, it is not full length. The video will normally have 4-5 minutes cutoff. If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it!

It is not at all normal for source clips to be cut off!

 

You can get a lot of help here but you have to offer enough to at least start some guesses or suggestions.  Where does the video come from?  What computer system do you have?  What Premiere Elements do you have?  How are you "importing"?  Where do you see that it is "cut off"?  Can you show some screen shots?
