Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 & Adobe Premiere Elements 14

Hello,

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 & Adobe Premiere Elements 14 in Nov 2015.
I had to reinstall to a new computer, everything went well and added my serial number but

when I go to open the program I get a message to install from disk or download the trial.

Kind of frustrating. What's the solution to this.
