adobe premier elements 14.

I have the adobe premier elements 14. After a couple months of using the product. It stopped working. A window pops up that says ".. it is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again.

The problem with this is we had videos made and that we were making that we will lose forever if we have to reinstall program. Can anyone help us to get this product to work without losing everything?

    What operating system are you using?

    What has changed since you installed the program? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program? (You won't lose any work.)
